Clear terms for a narrow creator claim.
These pilot terms describe the implemented ownership-verification service and require final operator and legal review before broad public launch.
Who may claim
The basic pilot claim is available after the creator selects either 18 or older or 13–17. A creator who selects under 13 must stop before Google authorization and return with a parent or guardian; VRank has not built the parent-assisted claim path yet. The claimant represents that the selected age range is accurate, the connected Google account owns the selected YouTube channel, and the supplied profile fields and selected public videos are accurate.
Future features are separate
This pilot does not include payments, affiliate earnings, sponsorships, contracts, or collection of sensitive creator information. If VRank adds any of those features later, a creator aged 13–17 may need parent or guardian approval before using them. This basic profile claim does not pre-authorize any future feature.
What ownership confirmation means
VRank confirms that the authenticated Google identity was authorized by YouTube to return the selected channel through the owned-channel API lookup on the recorded date. It is not YouTube verification, creator endorsement, a legal identity check, or proof of every delegated Studio permission.
Review before publication
Ownership confirmation creates a private submitted claim. VRank may approve, reject, pause, correct, unpublish, or delete a profile to resolve eligibility, factual, safety, policy, impersonation, or data-quality concerns. Rejected or paused claims receive a reason and correction path; no automatic ownership transfer is offered.
Rankings remain gated
This implementation does not calculate or publish a real Weekly Momentum position. Any future ranking is a limited VRank calculation from public data, not an official YouTube or Gorilla Tag ranking, not a measure of a person's worth, and never available for purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not submit a channel you do not own, forge authorization state, impersonate another creator, provide false eligibility information, insert links or private-contact invitations into the tagline, attack the service, scrape private data, or use VRank to harass creators. VRank does not ask for passwords, passkeys, one-time codes, backup codes, or channel credentials.
Third-party services and independence
Use of YouTube API features means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy. VRank is independent and unofficial and is not endorsed by Gorilla Tag, Another Axiom, YouTube, Google, or Meta.
Your control
You can request a correction through Safety and remove VRank data through Data deletion. Deleting VRank data does not alter the source channel or content on YouTube.
